4 lg. chicken breasts
1 sm. can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can cream of celery soup
1 sm. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. minute rice
Mix in crock pot the 3 cans of soup and rice. Place the chicken on top of the mixture, then add the diced celery. Cook for 3 hours on high or 4 hours on low. Makes 4 servings.More rice, about 1/2 cup and 2 other pieces of chicken breast, makes 6 servings.
I’m using Chicken Tenders instead of breasts. We are out of Cream of Chicken (wtf?? I could have sworn we had some) so I put in Brocoli & Cheese in its place. No Celery. Rich hates it. I also continuiously add Chicken Stock to it as it cooks down. It makes the rice really soft and tasty, plus the chicken is less likely to dry out that way. It sorta turns out with a Risotto consistency.
I’m totally going to see this show — the 7pm show – 4th row, orchestra section. Jealous? Come on, you know you are. In case you are wondering all of the comedians I’ve been to see include: Colin Mocharie, Brad Sherwood, Greg Proops, Drew Carey, The Amish Comic, Seinfeld and Cosbyhttp://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130169844919Ron Whiteat F.M. Kirby CenterComedian Ron “Tater Salad” White is probably best known as the cigar smoking, scotch drinking funnyman from the “Blue Collar Comedy” phenomenon. But in 2006, with two Grammy nominations, a new CD and DVD, his second one-hour special on Comedy Central and a New York Times Best Selling book, Ron has established himself as a star in his own right.
