You never realize how much you use your non-primary writing hand until you lose mobility. Case & Point:
I have broken my ulna on my left arm. The left arm/hand/wrist will be out of commission for the next 6 weeks at least. The good news is that the ER gave me vicodin. Its starting to kick in as we speak.
I seen the funniest thing earlier, which is a good thing cuz I didn't laugh all day. This asshat on a motorcycle was riding my ass with his one headlight on the brightest setting possible. He did this for a few miles when he decides to pass me (in a no passing zone nonetheless). As he's flying by me doing at least 30mph over the speed limit. . . his baseball hats comes flying off and he couldn't catch it cuz he was going way to fast. HAHAHAHAHA. I then ran it over cuz I didn't see it at first. WAIT…IT GETS BETTER. Despite going so fast he lost his hat…he still is flying and gets behind this saturn. He rode his ass w/ his high beams on. The guy in the saturn slowed to like 10mph. It was classic. Right before I turned he was stopped in front me at a light. In a one minute period he managed touch his balls at least 10 different times. I guess he needed to make sure they were still there. I stand firmly behind my utter hatred for motorcyclists.
I'm thinking arm casts are gonna be the latest fashion trend for the summer since coolats. You may be wondering how it is that I'm typing this much. Its all about the hunt and peck. I know the keyboard like the back of me hand, so at least I'm a relatively fast hunt and peck typist. I am now down from like 60wpm to maybe 10wpm if I'm lucky. I did better in 7th grade when I just learned how to type. I am not sure how much I'll be able to type in the next 6 weeks, but I'll update when the pain subsides a little.
Tomorrow on lunch I plan to take some more WB progress pics, check out the gallery for updates. What regular entries will lack; I will try to make up with a photo blog if that makes sense. Now somebody kiss my boo boo and make it better.
