Months to go: 3

Items bought for the baby's room:

  • Ducky Wallborder
  • Paint (in Flat Yellow)
  • Primer (to paint the panelling)
  • Ducky Wall Hangings
  • New Light for room (I can't find a picture of it online)
  • Ducky Valance
  • Sheer White Panel Curtains
  • New mini blind
  • Spackling to cover creases in the panelling

Items still needed:

See previoius entry for the baby registries. I think that's a good start for now. We still need to get a new rug for the room…currently there is this horrible khaki colored shag carpet circa 1975. I have to wait until the room is cleared out so I can measure for how much we will need. I have been trying to sync my Ipod to my WinXP (w/ newly downloaded SP 2) machine and am not having much luck. At first I was having drivers problems, now that I have that all cleared up the Ephpod website is down and I don't feel like using crappy Itunes because it will make me format the Ipod. All I am trying to do is get some classical music loaded so the baby can enjoy it. I heard that playing classical music might stimulate the baby.

Its hot and I'm tired. Time to go.

Happy Damn Birthday

Happy Damn Birthday Russell. My brother is turning 18 today. Can you believe that? I feel like an old person. Even though him and I are only 6 years apart. Someone keeps getting to my site by searching Google for "Russell Hryvnak". I didn't realize that Russell Hryvnak was such a popular Google search, but apparently is, because I get a few hits for it a week. Someone is a psycho stalker if you ask me.

At work, they have replaced all of the vending machines…including the snack and soda machines. I guess they have gone with a different company. The stuff in the snack machines are pretty much the same, but the soda machines have gone to shit. Apparently this new vending company does not believe in Coke at all. All of the machines have Pepsi and that's it. The old soda machine also used to have Mountain Dew and the new machines don't have any of that either. Apparently they all want us to go ballistic and go on strike or something. No Coke is a tragedy. Small Hint: If you want your employees to do more work, you want them to be more caffeinated. Not to say that Coke is more caffeinated than Pepsi or Mountain Dew, but if people don't like Pepsi, they aren't going to drink it. THERE IS NO COKE IN THE SODA MACHINE ANYMORE WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS….OH THE HUMANITY I will calm down now I promise.

The Farmers Market and St. Al's Bazaar are going on today. I already hit up the farmers market on lunch and bought a half dozen of corn. I am not sure what night we are going to the bazaar though. Thank god tomorrow is Friday is all I can say. My back has been killing me all week which has made it almost impossible for me to get out of bed. I thought I had a brilliant idea last night by sleeping on top of a regular pillow. Yeah that didn't work out to well…. I woke up with a sore back and a stiff neck. Thank god for Icy Hot!!! If anyone has any brilliant ideas as to how to sleep properly when pregnant, I'm all ears!
